About Haley Morrisson
The vision to create sessions that meld empathic listening, breathwork, and guided meditation emerged from my own journey of transformation. After nearly a decade as a lawyer, I left my prestigious job without a plan, but with an intention to live in alignment with my deepest values. My subsequent travels spanned multiple continents over several years. In that time, I became a certified yoga teacher and trainer in compassionate communication and began to imagine a synergistic weaving together of the practices that brought me peace and clarity.
My work is a continuous exploration of how personal inner work, mindfulness and embodiment practices, and compassionate communication can enhance self-understanding and creativity, so that we can flourish in this complex world.
